We are back from Cologne, and we are quite happy with how the event worked out for us. The organisers have managed to include terrestrial this year, and the satellite folks have always been around anyway. Hence, for our purposes, this clearly is the new IBC. (more…)
We are getting ready for setting off to Cologne to attend ANGA Cable. It’s a small, nice, and neat (in case the latter matters) trade show for broadcast stuff, apparently. Traditionally it had been somewhat focussing on the cable market. But this year, the focus has been broadened to encompass terrestrial products as well. If you don’t explicitly need to speak to a satellite operator, this is your replacement event for ye olde IBC trade show! (more…)
